てウィンチの巻取ドラムに伝達するとともに、一端にお
いてフレームに枢支された荷台の前部に掛具を設け、こ
の掛具に荷台の前部上方に配索されたケーブルの一端を
掛止し、かつこのケーブルの他端部を前記巻取ドラムに
巻取ることにより、前記荷台を傾斜枢動しうるように構
