数有する冷房ダクトと、前記床下ダクトの端部から分岐
し暖房ダクト及び冷房ダクトにそれぞれ連通ずる結合ダ
クト及び立上りダクトとを装備したものにおいて、上記
結合ダクトと立上りダクトの分岐部に切換シャッタを設
けると共に、該切換シャッタを、結合ダクト側が全閉で
立上りダクト側が全開となる位置、結合ダクト側が７０
〜８０％開で立上りダクト側が２０〜３０％開となる位
置及び結合ダクト側が全開で立上りダクト側が全閉とな
る位置の３段に切換作動させるステップモータ等の作動
