Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

In a device for clamping a tape to a reel, the reel fixing means fixes the reel, the first tape fixing means is movable in the longitudinal direction of the tape, and the tape locking means locks the tape to the reel via a clamp claw. A tape clamp device comprising: a second tape fixing means that can move forward and backward with respect to the tape; and a tape cutting means that cuts the tape fixed to the second tape fixing means.
