本発明は飽和ポ9エステル樹脂製壜における口頚部の延

時に壜長さ方向に対しては押下げ棒で底壁を押下げるこ
とで行つているが、現状では口頚部は二軸延伸させない
まゝ壜としている。しかし壜口頚部も二軸延伸すること
が望ましいことは当然であり、本発明方法はその口頚部
の延伸を容易かつ確実に行い、もつてその機械的性質を
高めようとするものである。以下図面について説明する
と、1は予め射出成形させた飽和ポジエステル樹脂製の

させてある。上記管状素材1を次工程においてその口頚
部および肩部までをほゞ100℃前後の延伸に適する温
度にまで加熱し、該温度を保つた状態で下方から棒状治
具6をその管孔5内を通過させることでその口頚部2を
延伸させる。該棒状治具はその上部T外径を口頚部2の
内径よりも小とし、下部8外径を中間素材の胴部内径よ
りも小でかつ口径部内径よりも大としておく。上部と下
部との間は下方を拡大するテーパ状部9とする。次工程
において、その管状素材の胴下端部を加熱し、金型10
内に挿入させ、上述棒状治具の下端を利用する等して底

胴部内径より小外径で口頚部内径よりも大外径とした棒
状治具を、該治具上部を上記中間素材の下端開口部から
挿入させて上方へ引抜き、下方部を通過させることで中
間素材の口頚部を延伸させ、次工程において中間素材下
端を溶着させて底壁部を形成させると共に口頚部を除く
部分を二軸延伸して壜とすることを特徴とする飽和ポリ
