DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to eyelet fittings used for reinforcing rope holes, ventilation holes, etc. of so-called membrane products such as tents, canopies, bags, shoes, and belts. More specifically, the present invention relates to a type of eyelet fitting that is composed of a flange portion and a cylindrical portion, and an eyelet hole is formed by crimping the cylindrical portion.

Originally, this hetome metal fitting was used to prevent fabrics, nets, etc. from fraying and leather, synthetic resin sheets, metal sheets, etc. from fraying due to holes, giving them a sense of beauty and stability, and for passing strings and ropes through them. If so, it will withstand the external force applied at that time and prevent the pores from expanding and the membrane from being damaged.

Conventionally, these eyelet fittings are made up of two sets: a ring-shaped eyelet (2) and an on-eye eyelet (3) consisting of a flange part (6) and a cylindrical part (5), as shown in Fig. 1 (Axis). In many cases, the cylindrical part (5) of the on-eye eyelet (3) is inserted through the through hole (8) prepared in advance at the eyelet attachment point of the membrane body (7), and then the hole of the men eyelet (2) is inserted. This was done by fitting the membrane body (7) into the cylindrical part (5), and then expanding and inverting the cylindrical part (5).

Due to the fact that the only thing that holds and fixes the eyelet (7) is the pressing force due to the sandwiching between the on eyelet (3) and the inner eyelet (2), when an external force is applied by passing a rope through the eyelet hole, the through hole (8) ) expands (Fig. 1(b)), making it easier to remove the metal fittings.

Therefore, by providing a plurality of small protrusions a on the outer edge of the eyelet (2), the small protrusions θ apply one pressure to the membrane body (7) after installation, thereby increasing the ability to hold and fix the IE% body (7). However, depending on the material of the membrane body (7), this type of eyelet fitting may also damage the area around the through hole (8), and should not be buried. We have developed a technique in which a notch hole (4) is provided in the area where the cut eyelet hole is formed, and an eyelet hole is formed there using only the on eyelet (3). This has a cross section as shown in Figure 2, but the point is that the cut made in the membrane body (7) is the tongue piece (9).
The cylindrical part of the eyelet (3) (

The periphery is rolled and clamped together. The shape of this cut is a simple radial cut (third

), etc., but all of them are tongue fragments (9)
This is a major difference from the conventional through hole (8). Furthermore, the cylindrical portion (5) of the eyelet (3) may be inserted by pushing and expanding it, without depending on the cut. This pushing and spreading is particularly effective for coarse cloth and nets.

As is clear from Figure 2, when tightening the eyelet 13),
The fact that the membrane (7) is rolled and clamped simultaneously with the expansion and reversal indicates that the flange portion (6) is not directly involved in holding and fixing the membrane (7).

Therefore, this flange part (6) can be made smaller than the conventional one, and considering that the eyelet (2) is not required, it is a very easy eyelet fitting that saves time and reduces costs. It is something that can be said to exist. In addition, since the tongue piece (9) is provided to ensure secure winding clamping, accidents such as misalignment of the metal fittings and deformation of the through hole are extremely reduced compared to conventional products that rely on through holes. It is.

However, the inventor of the present invention did not stop there, but started from the invention, added consideration, and further completed an ideal eyelet fitting. And it is a type of eyelet fitting that does not use the eyelet (2) and consists of a flange part (6) and a cylindrical part (5), and the cylindrical part (!'i) ';':

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing an example of the eyelet fitting (1) of the present invention. In this embodiment, the unevenness at the end of the cylindrical portion (5) is made up of a collection of protrusions like rectangles arranged at equal intervals. When the main eyelet fitting (1) is tightened and expanded and reversed by the mounting device (not shown),
This rectangular protrusion θ() faces the membrane body holding direction.

The suppression area decreases by the amount that the circumference is divided, and as a result, the pressure increases. Its number of individual rectangular protrusions (in is membrane body (

Among these, the eyelet metal fitting (1) having unevenness shown in (a) has a convex part at the end of the cylindrical part (5) having an inverted V-shaped protrusion with a sharp tip (Fig. 6). When the end of part (5) is expanded and reversed, the membrane (7) will be sprayed, which is natural compared to the case where it is held only by pressing force.
As shown in the figure, the membrane body (7) is held by a winding clamp, and depending on the material of the membrane body (7), it is very strong compared to the embodiment shown in Figure i4. This is the eyelet hole. Incidentally, the number of these convex portions (Fig. 6) varies depending on the diameter of the cylindrical portion (5), and the height thereof also varies from 0.5 to 100.

The shaped protrusion (13 bites into the membrane body (7) and moves in the direction of the arrow +!
5! This prevents the body (7) from shifting and thus preventing the hole (cut hole) from expanding. Conventional metal fittings and seedling membrane retention rely not only on pressing force but also on biting, so they are very effective when used with cloth materials such as Punto.

2. As explained above, the eyelet fitting (1) of the present invention has a men eyelet (2) of 1 no. The cylindrical part (5) of the eyelet hole is formed with only a single metal fitting of a type that is not used.
The end of the eyelet has unevenness, and when it is crimped, the white part bites into the membrane (7) and holds and fixes it, so there is less chance of the metal fitting falling out than any other conventional eyelet fitting. This is extremely useful in practical terms.
