Recently, as refrigerators have become more popular, many ice pillows that do not use ice have appeared on the market, and they are replacing conventional ice pillows that use ice in a rubber bag. This type of ice pillow is frozen in advance by placing it in its entirety in the refrigerator compartment or freezer, and then taken out and used when needed, but it takes a considerable amount of time to freeze it. In short, there is a risk of not being able to make it in time in case of an emergency such as an injury or fever, and there is a disadvantage that it cannot be used when there is no refrigerator, such as when going fishing. In consideration of this point, recently, devices that do not require cooling by a refrigerator and are configured to cool themselves instantly have begun to appear. This is because ammonium nitrate and water are placed separately in a bag made of synthetic resin, etc., and when they are used, they are mixed and the ammonium nitrate absorbs moisture. This method takes advantage of the property of lowering the freezing point, and while it has the convenience of rapidly cooling itself, the conventional method has the following drawbacks.

In other words, if you try to separately put ammonium nitrate, which is extremely hygroscopic, and water, unless you make the ice bag in which you put the water more perfect, the ammonium nitrate and water will gradually react with each other during storage. However, when it is time to use the ice bag, there is some damage that prevents it from being used. Therefore, the ice bag is made of a durable material, but this makes it difficult to tear the ice bag when it is used, and the ice bag is made of a durable material. They do not mix well, resulting in an incomplete endothermic reaction. Ideally, it would be good to construct an ice bag using a thin film-like material, but in this case, there would still be problems with pinhole prevention and sealing, and even if the film is incomplete, For example, during storage, the reaction between ammonium nitrate and water gradually progresses,
In actual use, it ends up not being able to fulfill its purpose.

For this reason, instead of such an ice bag, some bags are made of 10-hydrate salt containing Glauber's salt and reacted with ammonium V1 acid, but this type of bag is quite effective at both. (Not only do they not mix and take a long time to cool down, but they also have the disadvantage of being inferior in cooling capacity compared to those that use water.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional products by using a gel-like material obtained by making a water-absorbing resin absorb water in advance and gel it, instead of the water used in conventional products. The structure of the refrigeration bag according to the present invention will be explained based on the drawings. The refrigeration puncture body 1 contains, in the outer bag 2, a particulate material 3 of ammonium nitrate alone or a mixture of ammonium nitrate and urea. It has a general structure in which an inner bag 4 is inserted into which a gel-like material 5, which is formed by absorbing water in advance into a water-absorbing resin and forming a gel, is inserted.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer bag 2 has a structure in which thin film-like materials made of aluminum foil coated on both sides with nylon or polyethylene are stacked on top of each other and the periphery thereof is sealed.

As shown in FIG. 2, inside this outer bag 2, a granular material 3 made of ammonium nitrate alone or a mixture of ammonium nitrate and urea, and a gel-like material 5 made by absorbing water in advance into a water-absorbing resin to form a gel were sealed. When ammonium nitrate and urea are mixed, a mixture of ammonium nitrate of 50 to 90% and urea of 50 to 10% is used.

As shown in Figure 3, the inner bag 4 is constructed by overlapping thin film-like materials made by coating both sides of aluminum foil with polyester or polyethylene, and sealing the periphery. A gel material 5 which has been gelled by absorbing water in advance is enclosed.

The water-absorbing synthetic resin 'ζ is an acrylic water-absorbing polymer, and its properties are that when it comes into contact with water, it absorbs approximately 50% of its own weight.
It absorbs 00 times more water, swells and becomes gel-like, and once absorbed, it has the property of hardly releasing water even if some pressure is applied. The water absorption amount was tested between 100 times and 500 times, but the best results were obtained at about 200 times.

In addition, it is also possible to mix dielene glycol, C, M, C, poval, etc. as an antifreeze agent in this gel-like material. In this case, the cooling puncture body 1 is not disposable, but can be frozen in a refrigerator and used as an ice pillow in the same way as conventional ones.

That is, since water is stored in a gelled state, it is possible to prevent ammonium nitrate from reacting with water during storage of the product due to pinballing or poor sealing of the inner bag.

Furthermore, since the water is stored in a gelled state,
The reaction between ammonium nitrate and water progresses smoothly, compared to using water itself in a bag or using Glauber's salt.
The advantage is that the cooling duration is extended by a factor of 2 to 3.
