The panel or room to be cooled and a cooling room equipped with a circulation fan and an evaporator for a cooler are connected by a duct so that air is circulated and cooled, and the refrigerant mainly circulates through the cooler. A main cooling circuit that connects a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator, and a bypass pipe that connects the condenser and evaporator to the circuit so that the refrigerant circulates without passing through the compressor. It consists of a heat pipe circuit and a control circuit that detects the air temperature before cooling and operates the condenser fan, compressor, and solenoid valves installed in the bypass pipe, and controls the circulation of the refrigerant with changes in load.
