洗浄水を濾過水室２、濾過層３、原水室４の順に通過さ
せて逆洗するようにした濾過装置において、前記濾過水
室２と濾過層３間は通水性の仕切壁５で仕切られている
と共にその濾過層３は比重的１の浮上の粒状濾材６で形
成され、また、その粒状濾材６−は逆洗時に下方向に分
散できるように下方向に空間１０をもって装定されてい
