Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被処理ガスを一方から他方へ向けて通流する胴体
    と、この胴体内に収納された充填材と、この充填材内に
    下方が挿入され上方が前記容器本体外に突出し、該突出
    部に加熱ヒータおよび冷却フィンを有するヒートパイプ
    とからなることを特徴とする蒸気除去装置。
  2. （２）ヒートパイプの上方に設けられた冷却フィンには
    冷却プロカーが設けられていることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の蒸気除去装置。
  3. （３）　　充填材の出口部には温度計が設けられ、その
    温度計の信号により冷却ブロワ−１加熱ヒータによって
    容器胴体内の温度を任意にコントロールできるようにし
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の蒸気除去装置。
