(Japanese Patent Application No. 56-68885) That is, its structure includes two rows of circular holes 10 that are bored parallel and symmetrically to the cylinder 1 that projects upward, and rivets that are slidably inserted into the circular holes 10. shaped pin 11 and a bolt shaft 12 on the shaft center.
It consists of a truncated cone 13 fixed vertically, a truncated cone 13 through which the bolt shaft 12 can be inserted, and a nut 14 screwed onto the bolt shaft 12. By arranging the conical frustums 13 and 14 facing each other and then tightening them with the nut 15, both the conical frustums 13 and 14 move toward each other, and as a result, the pin 11 is pushed outward and the tip end is tightened. The units 4, 4' are fixed to each other by being pressed against the circumferential inner surface of the other cylindrical body 2'.

階段ユニットの固定機構にある。In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a fixing mechanism for a stair unit that allows for easy adjustment of the height and angular displacement, as well as temporary fixing and permanent fixing. A movable cylinder that can be freely connected to a large diameter cylinder having a threaded portion formed at the upper end of the protruding small diameter cylinder, the lower part of which is screwed into the threaded portion, and a bolt hole bored on the axis. A locking member that is locked or fixed to the body and a large-diameter cylindrical body that projects downward to prevent it from moving downward, and that has a bolt hole drilled on the axis, and a locking member that has a bolt hole drilled on the axis, and The stair unit fixing mechanism includes the movable cylinder and a fixing member that fixes the locking member when clamped.

The movable cylindrical body 26 includes a cylindrical tube 29 whose outer diameter is the same as that of the cylindrical body 21, and a screw fixed to the lower inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical tube 29 and screwed onto the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical tube 29 and screwed into the cylindrical threaded portion 25. It consists of a cylindrical tube 30 with a threaded surface, and a disc-shaped cover 31 fixed to the upper end of the cylindrical tube 29 and having a bolt hole 31a in its axis. Nuts 28 are fixed at corresponding positions, and four rotating jig mounting holes 32 are bored in the upper surface of the nuts 28 symmetrically around the bolt holes 31a.

However, at a normal construction site, there is always a discrepancy between the site dimensions and the drawing dimensions, so after making rough adjustments during temporary assembly, fine adjustments are made during the actual assembly. It is sufficient to adopt an assembly procedure that performs the following steps. In this embodiment, it is extremely easy to perform such two-step adjustment, and this point is completely different from the prior art.

The screw member 4 is attached to the lower inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 42a.
At the same time, a screw 42b to be screwed into the hole 6 is threaded, and a disk-shaped fixing plate 47 is welded to the center of the inner peripheral surface. The fixed plate 47 has a bolt hole 47a formed on its axis, a nut 45 fixed to the lower surface thereof, and a plurality of rotating jig mounting holes 47b symmetrically formed around the bolt hole 47a. The length of the cylindrical body 42a is determined by arbitrarily determining the vertically movable range of the predetermined height between the stair units 40 and 40'. The locking member 43 is made up of a concave cylinder 48 , a collar 49 surrounded around its upper end, and a pair of screw mounting plates 50 extending outward from the flange 49 . A gap 53b is formed around a bolt hole 53a which is formed so as to be fitable on the inner circumferential surface and which is bored on the axis of the bottom plate 53. Also, the brim portion 49 has a large diameter cylinder 5.
1. Determine its outer diameter so that it can be locked on the top surface. The locking member 4 is fixed to the stair unit by screws 52 attached to a screw mounting plate 50.

。As described above, according to the present invention, the height (coarse) adjustment can be made for each stair unit individually, and the angle can be adjusted and fixed while the stair units are rotatable and stationary, making assembly work extremely easy. Since there is no risk of each stair unit falling off, especially when assembly is started from the upper unit, there is no need to attach support rods to the bottom of each unit to hold it until temporary assembly, leading to a significant reduction in assembly man-hours.

In a staircase unit in which an element with a flat upper surface is arranged, a screw member is formed at the upper end of a small diameter cylinder, the lower part is formed so as to be screwed into the threaded part, and a bolt hole is bored on the axis. A movable cylindrical body that can be freely engaged with a large diameter cylindrical body, and a locking member that is fixed to the large diameter cylindrical body to prevent it from moving downward, and has a bolt hole drilled on the axis. and a fixing member that fixes the movable cylinder and the locking member through bolt holes when clamped. 2) A structure in which the movable cylinder can rotate through the locking member. The stair unit fixing mechanism according to paragraph 1
