Therefore, the number of accesses to the center from the terminal 35 of a sales office (branch, etc.) is determined by the product of the number of customer accounts and the number of deposits, resulting in frequent interruptions from the terminal to the center processing system. On the other hand, in organizations such as companies, where employees have joined fixed-amount deposits as a group, a branch that handles this all at once is required to collect all members (employees) on a predetermined day (for example, the day after payday). ) payments (for example, transfers) are made all at once. Furthermore, in addition to transfers, bank representatives may visit the member organization's representative exchange to collect cash.
In this case, even if you are a member of an organization, there may be accounts that could not be collected, so after returning to the bank, register transactions for each account that could be collected from the terminal machine, i.e., the balance of each account. Conventionally, this process has been performed in such a way that updates are performed. Therefore, if each subscriber's account is opened in advance and the deposit processing for all accounts is performed at once when making a deposit, the interruption to the center will only be required once and processing efficiency can be improved. Become. (c) Purpose of the Invention The present invention focuses on the above points, and aims to provide a deposit processing method that improves processing efficiency.

(d) Structure of the Invention The present invention provides a processing system in which a processing device having a file device and a terminal device are connected to process deposits and withdrawals from the terminal device, in which registration information including an account number and a predetermined amount of money of a predetermined customer is registered. means for setting a file, means for setting a ledger file of the predetermined customer, and means for storing the predetermined number of customer registrations and the total registration amount; The processing device that receives the answer sets the answer file and the ledger file in the file device,
After the setting, the processing device receives the predetermined number of customers and the total amount issued from the terminal, and processes deposits and withdrawals of the predetermined amount for each customer account in the ledger file based on the registration file. This is a deposit and withdrawal processing method.

Terminals 1 to V in the drawings are provided at each branch of the bank, and are connected to a processing device 2 at the center via a line. In this embodiment, an example is taken in which an employee of a certain company has joined a group fixed-amount reserve deposit system (a predetermined amount of money is deposited for each individual every month). Since such participants belong to the same company, deposits are often made to the handling branch of the bank on the same day (for example, on the day after the payday (e.g., by transfer from a salary account). Register the account (ledger) files of (for example, 26 customers from near a to In this case, the interrupt processing to the center only needs to be done once. In the figure, the terminal 1 issues processing request data 11 to request the processing device 2 to record the customer account.

The processing request data 11 includes the account number A of customer a to the account number Z of customer z, the number of customers C (26 cases), and the total amount D of deposit data for each customer. ' (for example, 200,000 yen). The account opening processing unit 4 activated by the reception unit 3 that received the processing request data 11 opens a registration file 8 and sets the customer's account number A-Z in the account column e, and also sets the customer's account number A to Z in the amount column f. A predetermined monthly deposit amount (for example, 5,000 yen) is set for each customer. On the other hand, a management file 9 is created, the number of customers (26) and the total amount (200,000 yen) are set, and a ledger file 7 is also opened. Note that this ledger file 7 has the same format as a conventional deposit account file. In this way, the deposit account numbers corresponding to each of the group of customers (a-z) are registered in advance, and when each customer makes a deposit, the terminal 1 requests access to the group of deposit accounts. (not shown) and processing request data 12 are issued. For example, a request for access to a group of deposit accounts includes organization identification information assigned to each group of deposit accounts. Further, the processing request data 12 includes the number of customers C (26 cases) and the total amount D (200,000 yen), and upon receiving this, the reception section 3 starts the collation section 5. As a result, the processing request data 12 and the data in the management file 9 (26 items and 20
10,000,000 yen), and when they match, the deposit processing unit 6 is activated. At this time, as will be described later, in the check field h of the registration file 8, the accounts with and without deposits are displayed in the selected group of deposit accounts so that the accounts with and without deposits can be identified, and the verification unit 5 checks the accounts with deposits. The number of cases is counted, and the amount of money in the account displayed as having been deposited is totaled, and then the number of customers C and the total amount D of the processing request data are compared and verified with the number of cases and the amount obtained by calculation. The deposit/withdrawal processing section 6 refers to the registration file 8 and performs deposit processing for each customer account (A-Z) in the ledger file 7. That is, in the ledger file 7, the amount (1, 5
00 yen), updates the amount in the balance column g (balance: 300,000 yen), and performs the same deposit processing for each item (account) of account numbers B-Z below at once. The following is a case where all the subscribers make deposits at the same time, but there is also a case where, for example, only subscriber z has not made any deposits. In such a case, terminal 1
The verification unit 5 receives a notification from (subscriber z has not made a payment),
After writing the signal [0] at the bottom of the check column h of the registration file 8 (account number Z section), the deposit/withdrawal processing unit 6 is requested to process. Therefore, in this case, the deposit processing for the ledger file 7 is performed except for the account number Z. After the payment process, the data in the management file 9 (number column C
and the total column d) are updated by the deposit/withdrawal processing unit 6.
゛) Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the account files of multiple customers are registered in advance, and when a deposit/withdrawal event occurs, the account files of each customer are updated at once. Therefore, it has the advantage of improving processing efficiency.

1. In a processing system that processes deposit and withdrawal operations using a processing device having a file device, a registration file in which account numbers of multiple customers and deposit and withdrawal transaction amounts for the account numbers are stored in advance, and a registration file for each of the multiple customers. The processing device includes a ledger file for storing balance data and a terminal for specifying a customer group, and when a customer group is specified from the terminal, the processing device reads the balance data stored for each account of the customer group in the ledger file. On the other hand, a deposit/withdrawal processing method is characterized in that deposits/withdrawals are processed by adding or subtracting the deposit/withdrawal transaction amount stored in a registration file.
