螺合した底蓋に上向きの周溝を有する底部クッション材
を嵌合し、この底部クッション材の内周部を前記内ケー
スの底部に形成した下向きの環状段部に弾性的に圧接さ
せると共にこの環状段部から下方に突設した小径筒部に
