Description

[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is a synthetic resin bifurcated support for supporting a cultivation cap which is mainly used for the purpose of heat retention and frost protection when cultivating leaf tobacco plants. The present invention relates to a bifurcated resin support for a cultivation cap in which a downward tongue piece and an upward tongue piece are formed vertically close to each other on a support main body.

The bifurcated support for the cultivation cap is used in the state shown in FIG. 1, and therefore it is important to firmly support the cultivation cap so that the cultivation cap is not blown away by the wind.

Previously, the present inventor developed a two-pronged resin main pillar for a cultivation cap that can effectively clamp the hem of the cultivation cap to the support body, and a downward flat leaf spring type tongue piece that clamps the hem of the cultivation cap. We have developed a cultivation cap with a hem clamping support structure formed by an upwardly facing flat leaf spring type tongue that is vertically close to the support main body.

By doing this, fold the hem of the cultivation cap inward, insert the inner bent hem between the back of the upper leaf spring type tongue piece and the front of the support body, and then fold the hem upward. By sandwiching between the back surface of the leaf spring type tongue and the front surface of the support main body, a relatively good clamping and supporting state of the hem of the cultivation cap can be obtained.

That is, since the upper and lower leaf spring type tongues are used for clamping, the resin elasticity provides stronger clamping than a single leaf spring type tongue.

However, the upper and lower tongues are of the flat leaf spring type, and must be relatively long in order to perform the required clamping action under the elasticity of the resin.

As a practical matter, it is almost impossible to make the bent hem of the cultivation cap dig deeply enough into both the upper and lower leaf spring type tongues.

Therefore, the bent hem of the cultivation cap, which is sandwiched between the upper and lower leaf spring type tongues, tends to move up and down and is unstable, and when it moves, the hem causes strong friction due to the pinching of the leaf spring type tongues. There is a concern that this may cause damage and damage to the cultivation cap.

Therefore, the present invention aims to make it possible to stably hold the bent hem of the cultivation cap.

Being able to avoid pulling down the hem end portion 18 too much means that the inner bent portion 17 can be injected deeper into the base end side of the upper downward leaf spring type tongue piece 3. This is the area where the effect is greatest.

The inner bent part 17 can be held between the base end side edge of the tongue piece 3 and the window 5 facing thereto, and the pinching action of the tongue piece 3 is made effective.

Moreover, the lower tongue piece 4 serves as a short and strong leaf spring, and the restraining action of the hem end 18 is sufficient.

Thus, according to the present invention, the bent hem of the cultivation cap 2 can be stably fixed.
