Specifically, the present invention relates to regenerated cellulose, polyolefin,
By applying a release coating agent consisting of a solution or emulsion consisting mainly of an inorganic lubricant with an average particle size of 1μ or more, wax, and a heat-sealing agent to both sides or one side of a base film made of polyester, polyamide, etc. The present invention relates to a packaging film that has excellent releasability from packages and has heat-sealing properties. Up until now, overpacks for gastella, manjiyu, pork buns, and other bread confectionery have been mainly made of regenerated cellulose, polyolefin film, and resins or emulsions that have heat-sealing properties on both or one side to prevent blocking and improve slipperiness. After wrapping with a film coated with a solution supplementary with about 1 to 5 parts by weight of waxes, waxes, and inorganic lubricants, packaging was completed by heat sealing.

However, when the packaging film is peeled off (removed) to take out the packaged item after packaging, the surface layer of the packaged item adheres to the film and is removed as is, seriously damaging the appearance of the packaged item. At the same time, this leads to a reduction in the weight of the packaged items. There was a problem. The base film used in the present invention includes unstretched films of regenerated cellulose, polyolefin, polyester, polyamide, etc., uniaxially stretched films, o-biaxially stretched films, and the like.

Namely, vinyl chloride copolymer resin, vinylidene chloride copolymer resin, acrylic copolymer resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, chlorinated polypropylene resin,
Examples include chlorinated polyethylene resin. Among these, vinyl chloride/nylidene copolymer resins are effective in terms of their excellent oxygen gas barrier properties, water vapor barrier properties, oil resistance, etc. The usage amount of each component is limited for the following reason. That is, with regard to lubricants and waxes, if the use range is less than the limited range, the releasability will be poor, and if the range is exceeded, the heat sealability will be degraded. If the heat-sealability imparting agent is less than a certain range, the heat-sealability will be insufficient, and if it exceeds that range, the amount of lubricant and wax will decrease, resulting in a decrease in releasability. The release coating agent in the present invention needs to be applied to the surface that will come into contact with the packaged object.

However, there is no problem in applying it to both sides. Furthermore, it is extremely effective in terms of packaging suitability to apply a release coating agent to a surface that has been previously coated with a solution or emulsion containing the synthetic resin having heat-sealing properties.

When applying a release coating agent in an emulsion state, if repelling occurs, a surfactant can be added to improve the wettability of the surface to be coated. Additionally, additives such as ultraviolet absorbers and antistatic agents can also be added. As a coating method in the present invention, coating apparatuses such as a dip coater, a roll coater, a gravure roll coater, a reverse roll coater, an air knife coater, and a Meyer bar coater can be used.
