ックアップ用のバッテリと、上記電源スィッチと上記整
流回路間における交流電源が消失したのを検知する電断
検知回路と、上記電源スィッチと連動する第２の連動ス
イッチを入力としてこれらのスイッチがオフされたのを
検知するスイッチオフ検知回路と、上記電断検知回路と
上記スイッチオフ検知回路の両検知出力の論理和に応答
して所定の電断処理信号を発生する信号発生回路とを備
