Conventionally, in order to wind a tape around a hub inside a cassette, a predetermined length of tape is wound around the hub placed inside the cassette when the cassette is assembled, or only the leader tape is wound between two ribs. There is a known method of pulling out the leader tape from the cassette window, cutting the leader tape, pasting the tape to one end of the leader tape and rolling it in, pasting the end of the tape to the other end of the leader tape, and winding it into the cassette. It is being Furthermore, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 44-23536, a locking piece guide cylinder is provided with its tip facing an engagement groove provided in the outer peripheral groove of the tape winding hub;
A flancher mechanism is provided, the main part of which is a reciprocating flancher fitted into this guide cylinder, and when the flancher is operated, the flancher engages a locking piece in the engagement groove of the bobbin via the guide cylinder. An automatic tape winding device for a tape recorder is shown in which the locking piece is pushed in from one end through the tape in an inclined state, and then the locking piece is elastically deformed and fitted into the engagement groove. There is.
That is, the outline of the above structure is as shown in FIG. That is, numeral 1 in the figure is a turret plate that rotates in conjunction with the motor, and on the outer periphery of the turret plate there are rotatable shafts 2 and fixed shafts 2a, which are alternately spaced at approximately equal intervals. The hub shaft 2 is configured to rotate when the turret 1 is stopped. Further, the hub shaft 2 and the fixed shaft 2a have hubs 3, 3a having concave portions 4, 4a on the outer peripheral surface.
is inserted. Further, the concave portions 4, 4a of the hubs 3, 3a
Plunger mechanisms T, T are arranged at positions facing each other, the plunger mechanism 7 has its tip facing the recessed parts 4, 4a, and the plunger mechanism has locking pieces 8, 8 that fit into the recessed parts 4, 4a. It consists of a guide cylinder 9 for guiding the locking piece, and a plunger 10 that guides the locking piece and is provided so as to be movable back and forth, and, like the cutter mechanism, it can move forward and backward as shown by the arrow. In addition, the locking pieces 8, 8 are guided into the guide cylinder in an inclined state, and a second
As shown in the figure, it has a supply cylindrical body 11 that supplies the locking piece 8. Furthermore, the tape 12 wound around the tape supply reel 13
is wound around the hub 3 through the hubs 3a, 3, and the hub shaft 2 is rotated to remove a predetermined length of tape, the locking piece 4a is fitted into the hub 3a, the tape 12 is cut by the cutter 6, and the tape 12 is cut off from the hub 3. and the hub 3a to complete one pair of wound tapes. When such a pair of wound tape is taken out, the turret plate 1 is then rotated, and then the tape is wound around the hub 3 in the same manner as described above. According to the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to automatically obtain a pair of hubs around which tape is wound to some extent, but a hub 3a around which tape 12 is wound from hub shaft 2 and fixed shaft 2a can be obtained automatically.
, 3 had the disadvantage that manual operation was required to pull them out.

For this reason, complete automation was not possible. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a tape winding device for cassettes that can continuously and automatically take out a pair of tape winding hubs. ,
Its unique feature is that the turret plate on which the hub on which a pair of tape is wound is mounted is placed on the disc-shaped turret plate, and the turret plate on which the hub is placed is moved up and down to sequentially store the pair of tape-wound hubs in the storage box. It was designed to make it possible.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 9. FIG. 3 shows a plan view of the automatic tape winding device for force setting of the present invention, and FIG. The supply reel shaft is rotatable relative to the housing. The tape 12 is wound around the take-up hub 3 through guide rollers 15a, 15b, 15c and a detection roller 16. The lower end of the detection roller 16 has a plurality of through holes bored in the circumferential direction (not shown), and has a light emitting element and a light receiving element facing the through holes. It is possible to detect the stroke length. At the lower end of the rotating shaft 2 of the winding hub 3, there is a winding motor 17 as shown in the side sectional view shown in FIG.
is fitted. The turret plate 1 is formed into a substantially disk shape, and is driven by a drive source 18 such as a drive motor, a stepping motor, or a hydraulic motor.
It is made to slide in the direction 8a. When the take-up hub 3 on the turret plate 1 winds up the tape from the supply reel 13, the turret plate is connected to the drive source shaft 18 as shown in FIG.
A hub guide plate 19 is disposed below a and at a position moved upward from these positions as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
・It is designed to be slid into a storage box (not shown). Above the turret plate 1, a substantially circular pressure bonding plate 21 is rotated by a drive shaft 18a via a spring 20 and is slidable in the direction of the drive shaft 18a. A hub supply section 22 is provided above the pressure bonding plate 21, and the hub supply section is fixed to the housing 14 with studs 23 or the like. Furthermore, a spring 24 is interposed between the pressure bonding plate 21 and the hub supply section. As shown in FIG. 4, a guide 25 is inserted into the hub supply section 22, and the hubs 3, 3a are inserted and stacked on the guide. The crimp plate 21 has a through hole through which the hub passes, and a pair of hubs 3, 3a is placed on the turret plate 1. Of course, these hubs are appropriately clamped on the turret plate 1, but they may also be rotatably inserted through a shaft or the like built on the turret plate 1. For example, at a position rotated 1200 degrees from this position, there is a third
As shown in the figures and the sixth figure, it has a locking portion supplying portion 26 for supplying locking pieces 8 to be fitted into the concave portions 4, 4a of the tube. To explain the operation in the above configuration, first, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, from the supply reel 13, the guide roller 15a → the detection roller 16 → the guide roller 15b → the front of the locking piece supply section 26 → Guide roller 15c → winding hub 3
After the tape 12 is passed through the system, the winding motor 17
is rotated to wind a predetermined amount of tape 12 around the winding tube 3. Next, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the concave portions 4, 4a of the locking piece supply portion 26 are
The locking pieces 8, 8 are crimped to lock the tape 12, and the tape is cut with a cutter blade 6 or the like. Next, the drive source 18 operates to move the turret plate 1 and the crimping plate 21 upward in the direction of the drive shaft 18a, and the hubs 3, 3a are removed from each shaft, for example, 2, etc., and the hubs 3 and 3a are moved to the hub supply section and the locking piece supply position. Hub 8 located on turret plate 1
and the pressure bonding plate 21 by a spring (see FIG. 8). In this state, when the drive source 18 rotates the tape 1208 times, one pair of tapes 12 are discharged through the wound hub guide plate 19. Next, the turret plate is lowered, each hub is fitted onto the shaft as shown in FIG. 9, and the take-up tube rotates to wind the tape around the take-up tube. By repeating the above process, it is possible to continuously insert the tapes into the storage box one pair at a time, so the hubs around which these tapes are wound can be sequentially inserted into the force setting hub. The assembly of the spring set can be automated very easily. Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to completely automate the supply of hubs and clamps by linking them to a parts feeder, etc., and the work of making a winding tape, which conventionally took about 50 seconds per piece, can be completed in a timely and time-consuming manner. It has the characteristic that it does not require
