(referred to as water pickpocketing)). That is, irregular and fine irregularities are formed due to this, which prevents the direct transmission of light and achieves the purpose of light scattering, and the sand blasting method has a rougher surface than the sand polishing method. As a chemical method, etching using hydrogen fluoride is used. In other words, crystals generated by a reaction with a glass corrosive solution adhere to the glass surface, and the glass in that area is protected from corrosion, resulting in unevenness. The present invention does not care which method is used, but it is intended to produce frosted glass by a physical method. The present invention is characterized by attaching a pattern of photosensitive synthetic resin to the surface of the surface where direct transmission of light rays is prevented by the above-mentioned irregular fine irregularities and achieving the purpose of light diffusion. It creates a transparent and shiny pattern on the polished surface by shining a beam of light.
To explain this embodiment using drawings, the back side is polished and the surface 1
A plate-making negative film 4 on which a desired pattern 3 can be photographed is placed on a thick glass plate 2, and transparent cellophane paper, which is a material that is non-adhesive to the photosensitive transparent synthetic resin solution 5, is placed on top of the thick glass plate 2. A mold 7 having a height corresponding to the thickness of the attachment surface is laid, a photosensitive transparent synthetic resin solution 5 is injected into the frame, and a glass plate 9 having a polished surface 8 is placed on one side. The polished surface 8 is brought into contact with the resin solution 5, and irradiated from below with a chemical lamp 10 through the negative film 4. The transparent portion of the transparent synthetic resin 5 is hardened by the transmitted light, and the pattern 3 is attached. The transparent convex pattern pattern 3 is applied to the polished surface 8 by scraping off the paste part 11 that does not transmit light other than the pattern pattern 3 with a steel wire brush. 12 is a case 13, and 13 is a stopper. 14 is a presser plate. According to the present invention, by hardening and adhering a photosensitive transparent synthetic resin solution, the irregular fine irregularities of the polished surface are filled, preventing the light from scattering and becoming direct light, allowing the light to pass through directly. In particular, the glass plate which is the object of the present invention can be manufactured by forming a transparent pattern on the polished surface. As described above, the present invention is based on the fact that designs and patterns are applied to the frosted glass using a photosensitive synthetic resin. When the glass is used as a verandah shoji screen, etc., the sunlight is only cut off by the polished surface, creating a soft atmosphere inside the room. Although warm light shines through the shoji, the polished surface is monotonous, so the tactile sensation from the shoji itself is truly gloomy. However, when using glass that has a polished surface with a transparent convex pattern, direct light enters the room through the pattern, giving it some brightness and creating the dark tactile feel described above. At the same time, the translucent pattern and design are reflected in the visual field of the shoji itself. In addition, it gives decorative value to the shoji and gives a sense of peace to the eyes, and has its own effects. The present invention is not limited to indoor shoji screens, etc., but can also be used as window glass or other decorative glass for display purposes, and is a valuable creation with a wide range of uses.
