That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the known method involves flocking short hairs 3 onto the surface of paper 1 via adhesive 2 to create flocked paper A.
A cloth 6 to be processed is placed on the fixed plate 4 with an insulating cloth 5 interposed therebetween as shown in FIG. The solid adhesive 7 is layered on top of the solid adhesive 7, and the flocked paper A is layered on top of it so that the flocked side faces the fabric 6 (the top and bottom of FIG. By pressing the cloth 6 through the flocked paper A, the short hairs 3 are separated from the paper 1 and the adhesive γ is melted, and the short hairs 3 are attached to the cloth 6 by the melted adhesive 7 and transferred, This is to form a flocked pattern on the surface of the cloth 6 in a desired pattern (for example, an A-shape) determined by the shape of the fixed adhesive 7.

By the way, according to the above processing method, the pressing part 8a of the heating mold 8 is a flat surface and has a large area, so the heating area is large and the transfer time is long, and the solid adhesive 7 is not used. Therefore, a process of molding the adhesive 7 and placing it is required, which makes the work complicated and increases the cost.

In addition, since the pressing surface 8a is a flat surface, it is not possible to form an uneven pattern on the cloth at the same time as pressing, and there is also a drawback that it cannot be used for napped fabrics because it presses the napped fabric and causes them to sag.

This invention provides that if a concave-convex pattern is formed on the suppression surface of a heating mold, the heating area becomes narrower and the transfer time can be shortened, and that the concave-convex pattern can be formed on cloth by the convex stripes of the concave-convex pattern, and the transfer time can be shortened. This is a fabric processing method that was developed by focusing on the fact that the adhesive for woolen paper can be melted and transferred to fabric.Next, this invention will be described based on the attached drawings showing an actual sister example. explain.

First, the flocked paper A' according to the processing method of the present invention, as shown in FIG. Any material that can attach the short hairs 3 to the paper 1, melt it by heating, peel off the short hairs 3 from the paper 1, and re-adhere the peeled short hairs 3 to the cloth 6 may be used. Since it also acts as an adhesive to adhesive 6, it is thicker than adhesive 2 described above.

Next, to explain the flocking method using the flocking paper A', as shown in FIG. A patterned fabric 12 that is easy to press and an elastic fabric 13 that has resilience are placed one after another, and the fabric 6 to be processed is placed on top of the patterned fabric 12 that is easy to press.

By this pressing, the cloth 6 is pressed by the heating mold 15 and pressed under high frequency treatment, and a pattern in which the concave and convex patterns of the mold 15 are reversed is formed on the surface of the cloth 6.

During this action, since the mold material 12 and the elastic material 13 are placed on the cathode paper 11, the pressing part (recessed part) by the protrusion 16 of the single heating mold 15 is pressed against the mold as shown in FIG. Fabric 12
In other words, the pressing portion sinks deeper into the cloth 6, forming a clear concave pattern, compared to the case of a rigid flat surface without the mold material 12 and elastic material 13.

Further, by pressing the flocked paper A' with the heated protrusions 16, the hot melt adhesive 10 on the pressed part melts and the short hairs 3 are peeled off from the paper 1, and the peeled short hairs 3 are melted. Adhere to cloth 6 with adhesive 10.

If the height of the protrusion 16 of the mold 15 (t) in FIG. 4 is set to be approximately the same as or less than the thickness of the cloth 6, the flocked paper A' will only be applied to the concave portion of the cloth 6, as shown in FIG. Mold 1
The flat portion 17 of the cloth 6 is pressed against the rest of the cloth 6 (the convex pattern portion), and the short bristles 3 are adhered not only to the concave portions but also to the convex portions of the cloth 6.

If there is a part of the flat part 17 on the cloth 6 that is not desired to be transferred, the mold 15 may be made such that that part is made into a part 18 recessed from the flat part 17, as shown in FIG.

Also. In the above example, the pattern fabric 12 and the elastic fabric 13 were used, but if the height of the ridges 16 is set as above, it is possible to obtain the effect of flocking other than the four parts of the fabric 6 even if one or both of them are not present. I can do it.

Furthermore, since the shape of the protrusions 16 remains as grooves in the mold material 12 even after the pressing is released, the recesses of the cloth 6 are further sunk in during the next pressing operation, and the recesses are formed more clearly.

Therefore, if a concave groove is formed in the fixed plate (anode plate) 11 that corresponds to the protrusion 16 and has the same planar shape, the concave portion of the cloth 6 pressed by the protrusion 16 will enter the concave groove, so that the above-mentioned The effect that the recessed portions are clearly formed can be obtained.

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in the heating mold 15,
In addition to the flocking ridges 16 on the fabric 6, ridges 19 corresponding to the outer outline and drawing areas of the applique B are provided, and the heating mold 15 is pressed against the fabric 6 and the applique B as shown in the figure. As shown in FIG. 11, an uneven pattern is formed on the cloth 6, and the applique B is fixed to the cloth 6, and flocking is applied to the portions of the applique B and the cloth 6 where the flocked paper A' is pressed. As described above, according to the fabric processing method of the present invention, flocked paper is formed by flocking short hairs on the surface of the paper via a hot melt adhesive, and the short hairs are attached to the processed surface of the cloth placed on a fixed plate. Flocked paper is stacked with the flocked side on the right side, and an uneven pattern heating mold is pressed onto the fabric with the flocked paper interposed, and the hot melt adhesive of the flocked paper in the pressed area is applied by the convex stripes of the heating mold. The short hairs were melted and peeled off from the paper, and the peeled short hairs were bonded to cloth using melted hot melt adhesive, so that the short hairs in the ridged pattern of the heating mold were transferred to the cloth. , there are fewer suppressed parts, less heating energy is required, and the flocking process can be completed in a short time.In addition, unlike conventional fixing adhesives are not used, it is possible to shorten work time and reduce costs. [Scope of Claims] 1. Flocked paper is formed by flocking short hairs on the surface of paper using a hot melt adhesive, and the flocked paper is placed on the processed surface of a cloth placed on a fixed plate with the flocked surface on the right side. Then, a heating mold with an uneven pattern is pressed against the cloth with flocked paper interposed, and the raised stripes of the heating mold melt the hot melt adhesive of the flocked paper on the pressing part, and the short hairs are removed from the paper. At the same time as peeling, the peeled short hair is bonded to the cloth using hot melt adhesive.
A fabric processing method characterized by transferring short bristles in a convex pattern of a heating mold onto the fabric surface. 2 In a fabric processing method that forms an uneven pattern on the cloth by pressing the fabric placed on a fixed plate with an uneven pattern heating mold, short hairs are flocked onto the paper surface using a hot melt adhesive. Form a paper, overlap the flocked paper with the flocked side on the right side on the processed surface of the cloth placed on the above-mentioned fixed plate, press an uneven pattern heating mold to the cloth with the flocked paper interposed, and heat it. The convex strips of the mold melt the hot melt adhesive of the flocked paper in the press area, peeling off the short hairs from the paper, and adhering the peeled short hairs to the cloth using the melted hot melt adhesive. A fabric processing method characterized by forming an uneven pattern on the fabric and at the same time transferring short hairs to the concave pattern.
