Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 割卵後の卵白に近赤外線を照射する赤外線発生装置と、
    前記卵白からの乱反射光線から可視光線を遮断し、近赤
    外光線を透過させる光学フィルタと、このフィルタを透
    過した光線が受光され、その受光光線を電気信号に変換
    する受光素子と、この素子の出力信号が与えられるとと
    もにその出力信号が予め設定されたしきい値と比較され
    、その比較結果から乱れ卵であるか否の判定を行なう判
    定部とを備えた光学式乱れ非検出装置。
