在に係合し、そのリフトアーム自由端部を挾んでＵ字状
リフタをガイドバーに滑動自在に係合し、リフトアーム
の自由端部により仕切られるＵ字状リフタの前後の各空
間に、それぞれ第１、第２の圧縮ばねを介在させると共
に、第１のばねの後端とリフトアーム自由端部の前面の
間には、ガイドバーと係合させてボールクラッチを介在
