実用新案登録請求の範囲、図面の簡単な説明を次のよう
に補正する。
Ｏ実用新案登録請求の範囲
（１）冷蔵又は冷凍機能を備えた食品貯蔵室を有する基
台と、該基台上に設けられた食品ディスプレー用ケーシ
ングとを備える貯蔵室付食品ディスプレー装置において
、上記食品ディスプレー用ケーシングを冷却するための
手段を備えていることを特徴とする貯蔵室付食品ディス
プレー装置。
（２）上記冷却手段として、食品貯蔵室とディスプレー
用ケーシングとの間の仕切部の少くとも一部分を金属等
の熱伝導率の高い材料で作り、該部分を介して食品貯蔵
室内の冷気により上記ケーシング内を冷却するようにし
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
のディスプレー装置。
（３）上記仕切部の一部分を、該部分に設けた食品貯蔵
室とディスプレー用ケーシングとを連通ずる開口、及び
、該開口を塞ぐように設定されるディスプレー用ケーシ
ング内の食品を載置するだめの熱伝導率の高い材料で作
った食品載置皿から構成するようにしたことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のディスプレー装
置。
（４）上記冷却手段として、仕切部に、食品貯蔵室内の
冷気をディスプレー用ケーシング内に通すための通気孔
を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２
項若しくは第３項記載のディスプレー装置。
（５）上記食品ディスプレー用ケーシング内に当該ケー
シング内を冷却する熱交換式冷却装置が設けられている
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録語 ・求の範囲第１項記
載のディスプレー装置。
