DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a power distribution gutter device for supplying power by connecting a plug to an arbitrary position of a long power distribution gutter, and more specifically, a device for inserting a plug into a power distribution gutter main body 1 having an inverted U-shaped cross section. A conductor 3 is provided inside the opening 2 and continues in the longitudinal direction so as to face each other in the left and right lateral directions, and a base 5 of a cover 4 made of a thin insulator and capable of elastic displacement is supported by the groove bottom 6 of the opening 2. At the same time, the locking step IT of the free end edge 15 of the cover piece T extending from the base 5 is connected to the conductor 3.
The cover piece 7 is in elastic contact with the protruding edge 18 extending from the inner surface of the distribution gutter main body 1 at the lower part of the line, and the cover piece 7 covers the entire length of the conductor 3, and the cover piece 7 can be pushed in freely. The present invention relates to a power distribution gutter device characterized in that a protrusion 9 or a groove 10 is provided on a pressurized portion 8 of a piece 7.

As shown in FIG. 1a, the conventional power distribution gutter device simply connects conductors 3', 3' that are continuous in the longitudinal direction and facing each other in the plug insertion opening 7 of the main body of the power distribution gutter. Since a cover 4' made of an insulating sheet is provided and a gap a is formed between the conductor 3' and the cover 4', as shown in Fig. 1b, a child may play with it. spoon b
There is a drawback that there is a risk that the wire or pin may easily come into contact with the conductor 3'.

The distribution gutter main body 1 is an extrusion molded product of synthetic resin having an inverted U-shaped cross section, and has an opening 2 for inserting a plug 11 facing downward. The conductor 3 is buried in the opening 2 over its entire length, facing each other, and the surface of the elongated conductor 3 is exposed in the opening 2. The groove bottom 6 of the opening 2 is wide, and a locking recessed groove 13 into which a locking piece 12 provided on the plug 11 side is rotatably engaged near the opening edge of the opening 2 is provided along the entire length of the distribution gutter body 1. It has been formed over a period of time. The width of the locking piece 12 of the plug 11 in the longitudinal direction of the power distribution gutter body 1 is smaller than the width w of the opening 2. The length l of the locking piece 12 is approximately equal to the width X of the locking groove 13. The cover 4 is made of a thin insulator made of elastically deformable synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride resin or polyamide resin. Flange edges 14 are formed over the entire length on both sides of the base 5 of the cover 4, and cover pieces 7 extend downward and outward from the base 5. cover piece 7
is bent into a substantially dogleg shape, and the tip is a free edge 15. A locking step 17 is formed by forming a protrusion 9 over the entire length of the pressed portion 8 on the outer surface of the free edge 15 . Further, a groove 10 is formed along the entire length of the base of the protrusion 9. As shown in FIG. 2, the base 5 and flange 14 of the cover 4 are brought into contact with the groove bottom 6 of the distribution gutter body 1, and the locking step 17 of the free edge 15 of the cover piece 7 is connected to the conductor. The conductor 3 is in elastic contact with a protruding edge 18 protruding from the inner surface of the power distribution gutter body 1 below the conductor 3, and is covered over its entire length with a cover piece 7. According to such a configuration, the locking piece 12 of the plug 11,
12 is inserted into the opening edge of the opening 2 of the distribution gutter main body 1, the plug 11 is pushed into the opening 2, the pressed part 8 of the cover piece 7 is pressed, the cover piece 7 is elastically displaced, and then the plug 11 about 90 turns to connect the terminal fitting 19 of the plug 11 to the conductor 3.
The plug 11 can be electrically connected and installed at any position in the length direction of the distribution gutter body 1 by bringing the plug 11 into contact with the plugs 12 and 12 and locking the locking pieces 12 into the locking grooves 13, respectively. . In such a case, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, even if the spun or pin is inserted into the opening 2 of the distribution gutter body 1 by mistake, the groove at the base of the protrusion 9 formed on the cover piece 7 10, the spoon b cannot easily slide and come into contact with the conductor 3. Moreover, even if an attempt is made to press the cover piece 7 and insert the spoon b, the protrusion 9 will get in the way and the spoon b will not slip in. In the embodiment, the groove 10 is formed at the base of the protrusion 9, but the groove 10 may not be provided. Further groove 1
0 may be formed without the protrusion 9. In summary, the present invention provides a locking step of the free end edge of the cover piece extending from the base of the cover made of a thin insulator, with the protruding edge protruding from the inner surface of the distribution gutter body below the conductor. In elastic contact 1, the conductor is covered over the entire length with a cover body, the cover piece can be pushed in freely, and a protrusion or groove is provided in the pressure area of the cover piece that is pushed in, so that there is no possibility of accidental contact with the opening. The spoons, pins, etc. that are inserted will come into contact with the base of the protrusion of the pressurized part of the cover piece or enter the groove, preventing the spoons, pins, etc. from slipping into the conductor side, and preventing them from accidentally touching the conductor. There is an advantage that contact can be suppressed.
