Claims (1)
気用分路と第2換気用分路とを分岐させて、当該各分路
を気管にセットされるダブルルーメン気管内チューブの
第1チユーブ、第2チユーブに連結すると共に、第1換
気用分路には第1換気モニターを介設し、第2換気用分
路には肺吸気に対して、その流量を制御し、肺呼気に対
しては当該制御が解除され、かつ上記制御流量を可変と
した吸気抵抗弁と、第2換気モニターとを介設してなる
