Description
この発明は流し台や洗面化粧台等のシンクの取付方法に
関するもので、シンクの取付を特別の金型を用いずにし

【行なうことを目的とする。
この発明の一実施例を第1図ないし第3図を用いて説明
する。すなわち、このシンクの取付方法は、第1図に示
すように、まず、シンク取付穴】をもつ天板2を裏返し
て、その裏面に取付穴1の外方を囲むようにその取付穴
1に接近させて補強桟3を固定する。
つぎに、第2図および第3図に示すように、シンク4の
開口周縁に形成した外鍔4aを、ゴムパツキン5を介し
て、天板2裏面の取付穴1周縁に対接する。
その後、硬化性樹脂6を、補強桟3の内周面と、シンク
4の外周面と、天板2の裏面とで囲む凹部に流し込んで
、シンク4の外鍔4mを埋設する。
こうして、樹脂6が硬化するのを待って、シンク4を樹
脂6を介して天板2に固定する。なお、第2図において
、7は化粧材である。
このように構成した結果、天板2を補強するための補強
桟3を利用してその補強桟3内・K硬化性樹脂6を流し
込めるため、特別の樹脂注入用金型を用いずに、シンク
4を天板2に取付けることができる。また、金型を必要
としないため、脱型時間による製造時間の制限を受けず
、シンク4を迅速に取付けることができる。
以上のように、この発明のシンクの取付方法は、シンク
取付穴をもつ天板の裏面にその取付穴外方を囲むように
その取付穴にで近させて補強桟を固定し、シン、りの開
口周縁に形成した外鍔を天板裏面の取付穴周縁に対接し
、硬化性樹脂を枠内局面とシンク外周面と天板裏面とで
囲む四部に流し込んで外鍔を埋設するよう圧したため、
シンクの取付を特別の金型を用いずに、しかも迅速に行
