Claims (1)
電力等を供給するケーブルの処理装置に゛おいて、前記
回転体の回転軸上にその回転体の回転に同期して回転す
るケーブル巻付はドラムを設け、このケーブル巻付はド
ラムの外周に一方端を固定して前記ケーブルもしくは部
分的にそれに代わる線状体を少なくとも２本として相互
に反対向きに巻回するとともに、このケーブル巻付はド
ラム外周近傍に回転自在に保持された円板を設け、その
円板上に複数のローラを設け、このローラのうち１つあ
るいは隣接する２つのローラの外周に、前記ドラムの外
周に巻付けたケーブルもしくは線状体をそれぞれ前記し
た巻付けの向きとは反対向きに巻付け、巻付けた線状体
を円板上の一部のローラにかけ合わせ、その他方端を前
記巻付はドラムと円板の回転に対して静止した支持物に
