の感光体付近の概略構成を示す断面図、第２図は本考案
の実施例を示す断面図、第３図はその実施例において除
電装置とこれを取付ける近接部材とが一体的に感光体よ
り解除される状態を示す断面図である。 １・・・感光体、４・・・除電装置、６ａ・・・現像電
極（近接部材）。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）縮小コピー機能を有する電子写真複写機において
    縮小コピ一時に感光体上に形成される不要帯電領域を除
    電する除電装置において、該除電装置が、感光体に近接
    して精度良く保持されコピーサイクル以外或いは保守時
    に感光体から解除可能な近接部材に固定されていること
    を特徴とする除電装置。
  2. （２）上記の電子写真複写機が湿式電子写真複写機であ
    り、上記の感光体への近接部材が感光体より解除可能な
    現像電極であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項に記載の除電装置。
