タ一部材の目詰りを解消するバーナ装置とを備えたディ
ーゼルエンジンの排気ガス浄化装置において、上記バー
ナ装置とフィルタ一部材との間にミキシング室を形成す
る一方、バーナ装置は燃料噴射ノズルを具備し該燃料噴
射ノズルからの火炎を包囲する燃焼筒を上記ミキシング
室に連接してなり、上記燃料噴射ノズルをフィルタ一部
材の排気ガス流入端面の中心部に対向して配設し、さら
に、上記燃焼筒の外周部に排気ガス導入室を形成し、該
排気ガス導入室とミキシング室とを区画する隔壁を上記
燃焼筒と略直角に配設し、該隔壁には全周に略均等に連
通孔を開設し、該連通孔を通して排気ガスをフィルタ一
部材の排気ガス流入端面と略直角方向からミキシング室
に導入することを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの排気
