When conveying and stopping an object using a belt drive device, in order to keep the object neatly and tightly in a certain position, conventionally, the belt must be left running and allowed to slide even after it collides with the stopper, or the object must be brought into close contact with the stopper. Therefore, it was necessary to install a detector at each position to perform a stopping operation when the twilight level was 1.

In this case, unnecessary friction between the belt and the object may cause wear and tear on the belt, damage to the bottom of the object, or it is unreasonable to install a large number of detectors.

It is an object of the present invention to eliminate such conventional drawbacks, and the object of the present invention is to drive a belt on which an object is mounted by a motor, and place the object at the end of the belt of a conveying device that conveys the object. In addition to providing a stopper to stop the object, a torque change detection means is provided to compare and detect the torque generated in the motor with a torque level of the motor set in advance according to the number of objects, and detects the torque of the motor when the object collides with the stopper. This is achieved by an object conveyance stopping device characterized in that driving of the motor is stopped based on a comparison result of the torque level and the torque change detection means.

以下、図面に従って本発明の詳細な説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an example of an object conveying device according to the present invention, where 1 is a motor that drives a belt, 2 is a belt on which an object is mounted and conveys it, and 3 and 4 are light emitting lights that apply drive signals to the motor 1. element and light-receiving element; 5 and 6 are objects being conveyed; 7 is a stopper that receives and receives objects conveyed by the belt; 8 and 9 are light-emitting elements and light-receiving elements that respectively check and detect the presence or absence of objects; 10 is a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element; This is motor torque change detection means.

On the other hand, the motor torque change detection means 10 detects a change in the torque of the motor 1 and stops the motor 1.

In other words, the torque change of the motor 1 increases instantaneously when static friction changes to dynamic friction during driving, as shown in Figure 2.
It remains constant during conveyance, and when the object 6 collides with the stopper 7, slipping occurs between the object 6 and the belt, a frictional force is generated, and the motor torque increases by ΔT1.

However, if the change ΔT1 in the motor torque when the object collides with the stopper is detected by the torque change detection means 10, the motor stopping operation can be controlled thereby.

Note that if the next object 5 is continuously conveyed without unloading the object 6, the object 5 collides with the object 6, and at this time the motor torque increases by △T2 from the constant conveyance torque T2. .

Therefore, by using this relationship, it is possible to detect the number of objects present on the transport device, and the transport device can be stopped every fixed number of objects.

After the belt has stopped, if the object 6 is removed, the detection system 8.9 detects the absence of the object, and the detection signal is also applied to the motor 1 to drive the belt again and repeat the same operation thereafter.

Thus, according to the present invention, accurate conveyance drive is possible regardless of the shape of the object as long as the weights are approximately the same;
When applied to a conveyance device that repeatedly stops conveyance for each object, conveyance drive stop control can be performed simply by detecting changes in motor torque.

In addition, when the conveyance distance becomes long, by arranging the necessary number of subdivided conveyance stop devices in series as shown in Figure 1, the conveyance motor can be of low output, and the location where the object is being conveyed can be further improved. The drive motor can be operated while unnecessary parts are stopped, reducing wear and tear on the belt, extending the life of the motor, and saving power.
