して形成すると共にそれら屈曲部の各一端部を夫々該屈
曲部2.2とは直交した方向にかいて平行に屈曲させて
常態にかいて適当な間隙を採るようにされた重合部3,
9となし、その一方3に3ける一側部全他方9の一側よ
りも長く延出させると共にこの延出したー側部全傾斜部
4を形成し、この傾斜部4の内面に他方9の端縁部9a
を接合させ、しかもこのような他方9に前記端縁部9a
と交叉した方向の長孔5を形成し、該長孔5に上記重合
部9全一方の重合部3に対して圧接することにより前記
傾斜部4にそって該重合部9をスライドさせ前記リング
部1を緊締するための緊締子7を挿入し、第1図に示す
ような適当なベース部体8に対して締着するようにした

よる緊締操作でベース部体8に対する固定と杆状体10
に対する挟持を共に達成し得るわけであるから実用上頗
る有意な考案というべきである。
