    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車両の後部にフットブレーキの踏込み状態を表示するブ
    レーキランプをそなえ、エンジンの回転作動状態を検出
    するエンジン作動検出器と、パーキングブレーキの係合
    状態を検出するパーキングブレーキ係合検出器とが設け
    られて、上記エンジン作動検出器からの検出信号と上記
    パーキングブレーキ係合検出器からの検出信号とを共に
    受けたときに上記ブレーキランプを点灯させる制御回路
    が設けられたことを特徴とする、車両用ブレーキランプ
    制御装置。
