Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain minimum communication even at abnormal congestion, by providing a function dividing telephone subscribers into plural groups and limiting the call time to an exchange for each group. CONSTITUTION:Suppose that the subscribers are divided into group A- group F and the call allocating time of one groups is 10min. During the limit of call, the group allocating device discriminates whether the time is the time zone of the own group or not, and if ''YES'', the mode enters call connecting operation. If ''NO'', the call is limited and the connection is given up by transmitting a busy tone. Further, the call during communication discriminates whether the time at present is the time zone of the own group or not, and the continuity of call or forced disconnection is done. For example, the group A can make a call and dialing for the allocated time zone 00:00-00:10 and cannot make the call impossible for other time zones, and this method is applied sequentially to each group. Thus, the averaging of calls to each group is attained.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Technical field to which the invention pertains] The present invention relates to a connection system for a telephone switching network. In particular, the present invention relates to a telephone switching system that allows a minimum number of calls to be made even when there is an abnormal congestion of outgoing calls.

Conventionally, telephone communications that allow instant calls can be made at any time of the day, 24 hours a day. If there is a gap in the route and the other party is not busy, the connection will be made and the call will be made. Under normal conditions, each telephone sets a random call time value, but when considering a large number of telephone sets, the call times are averaged according to a certain distribution. Therefore, it is sufficient to provide intermediate route equipment to cover the distribution.

However, when a social abnormality such as an earthquake, fire, aircraft accident, or train accident occurs, a large number of telephone calls are made at the same time without losing their randomness. This is so-called abnormal congestion, and in this case, the switching equipment and the transmission line are loaded beyond their capacity, resulting in an abnormal drop in processing capacity and further increasing the congestion.

An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks by setting a time frame to the randomness of outgoing telephone calls, and to provide a telephone communication system that enables a minimum level of communication even in times of abnormal congestion.

The present invention has a function to divide telephone subscribers into several groups (for example, 6), and to specify to the telephone exchange a time period in which calls can be made for each group, and forcibly terminate calls when the time period has passed. It is characterized by providing a function to limit the duration of calls that can be made.

〔実施例の説明〕[Explanation of Examples]

However, in the method of the present invention, if the restriction is not in effect, the call connection operation will begin as usual, but if the restriction is in place, the group accommodation in Figure 1 will be checked during the time period in Figure 2. If the answer is YES, the call connection operation is started. If the answer is NO, the call is restricted and a busy tone or talkie is sent to the subscriber's line, causing the subscriber to give up on the connection.

In addition, regarding active calls, if this restriction is in effect, it is determined whether or not the time zone is currently in the own group12. If YES, the call will continue, and if No, the call will be forcibly disconnected. to open.

For example, subscribers of group A are oo: oo~00: 10
Calls and conversations are possible during the 10 minute period of 01:00-0.
You have to wait until the 10th time slot. In this way, subscribers divided into six groups, Group A to Group F, are averaged for 10 minutes each, and equalization can be achieved by prohibiting calls from being held for long periods of time.

As described above, the present invention is configured to control the calling time and the callable time for each subscriber group, thereby making it possible to equalize the call traffic by averaging the call traffic and prohibiting long-term calls. This method is effective when implemented in the event of an earthquake or other disaster.
