To explain the magnetic poles of a DC machine as an example of electrical equipment, the conventional configuration is as shown in Fig. 1, in which the gap between the iron core 1 and the winding 2 is filled with a filler resin 3 such as polyester resin or epoxy resin. 1 and winding 2 are solidified together.
This structure is widely used because it has advantages such as simple, good heat dissipation, and high mechanical strength. However, there is a drawback that cracks occur due to the force due to the difference in thermal expansion between the iron core 1 and the winding 2 caused by temperature changes during subsequent operation, and the insulation tends to deteriorate. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and an object of the present invention is to provide an electrical device in which the insulation between the iron core and the windings has a high strength and is not easily cracked.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4. After inserting the filler 4, which is elastic in the thickness direction and has many holes, as shown in FIG. 3, into the gap formed between the iron core 1 and the winding 2, as shown in FIG. Filling resin 3 is filled and solidified as one. Since the pawl 4 is inserted into a narrow gap, it has excellent elasticity in the thickness direction.
It also needs to have a restoring force, have a plate-like shape with many holes penetrating it in the thickness direction, and have a high affinity with the filling resin 9. As shown in Fig. 3, a glass cloth of an appropriate thickness is ~ Layer several sheets, apply a small amount of resin that has an affinity with the filling resin 9,
It is best to mold it in a wavy mold. In this way, the resin 6 adheres to the periphery of the glass thread 5 as shown in FIG. 4, and a wavy tassel 4 as shown in FIG. 3 is obtained. In the thus-obtained stuff 4, the glass fibers are bonded to each other by the resin, so the thin glass fibers do not separate and come out, making it very easy to handle.

In such an electrical device, the amount of filling resin 3 filled in the gap is small, increasing adhesive strength, and since the filling resin 3 is divided into pieces and reinforced with glass fibers, cracks do not occur.

In addition, since the clasp 4 has high elasticity, when assembling the winding 2 and the iron core 1, the clasp 4 is wrapped around the core 1 in advance, and a thin, smooth wire is wrapped around it as shown in Figure 5a. Cover with film 7 and slide over it to insert winding 2,
After that, the film T is removed and the gap is filled with the filler material 4 as shown in FIG. 5b, making assembly extremely easy.

更に、第6図の如く鉄心1と巻線2の分離を防ぐため、

Furthermore, in order to prevent the separation of the iron core 1 and the winding 2 as shown in Fig. 6,
In the case of a structure in which a recess 8 is provided in the iron core 1, a protrusion 9 matching the shape of the recess 8 is provided at the corresponding portion of the pawl 4, thereby further improving the strength. Although the above description has been made using the magnetic poles of a rotating electrical machine as an example, the present invention can be applied in exactly the same manner to a stationary device such as a transformer.
