    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シャフト側に固定される第１摺動部材と、ポンプボディ
    側に固定され該第１部材と摺動面を形成するように配設
    される第２摺動部材とを有し、該第２部材の摺動面に空
    間室を形成して前記両部材間の摺動面を二つのシール面
    に分け、更に前記第１部材の摺動面と反対側面′に複数
    の羽根を設け、該羽根を前記第１部材に形成される貫通
    穴を介して前記空間室に連通させるメカニカルシール装
    置。
