Industrially produced long fabrics are continuously processed, for example by pre-treatment,
Alternatively, as a conventional dyeing method, a treatment method using a reaction chamber such as a purple oven or a high-pressure steamer has been proposed. At present, the caustic solution during processing and the dye solution during dyeing processing are supplied continuously or intermittently, and at the same time as this supply, the processing solution that overflows from the solution tank is sequentially discharged. As a result, it goes without saying that the treatment liquid is uniformly and sufficiently impregnated over the entire surface of the fabric 8,
The treatment liquid supplied into the uppermost liquid application tank 10 by the pump 11 is repeatedly contacted with the fabric while it is transferred to each of the plurality of staged liquid application tanks 10-\, so that the components contained in the treatment liquid are removed. Most of them are absorbed by force.

That is, the treatment liquid supplied into the steamer can body 1 is supplied stepwise into a plurality of liquid application tanks arranged in stages inside the steamer can body, and the fabric is repeatedly immersed in the meantime, so that the treatment liquid is placed at the end. The concentration of the liquid in the liquid application tank becomes thinner and the drug (component)

As described above, the present invention includes a fabric inlet and a fabric outlet for continuously introducing and extracting fabric into a steamer can body, and the fabric inlet includes an inlet-side sealing mechanism provided with a liquid sealing tank, and a fabric In a steamer having an outlet side sealing mechanism connected to an outlet port provided with a slow cooling tank, a plurality of devices are provided inside the steamer can for intermittently and repeatedly immersing the fabric to be transferred inside the steamer can in a liquid. The liquid application tanks in the steamer can are arranged in stages so as to descend sequentially in the fabric transport direction, and the liquid overflowing from the upper liquid application tank is disposed in stages. The fabric is formed so as to be sequentially supplied into the lower liquid applying tank, and the fabric fed into the steamer can is immersed and transferred sequentially from the upper liquid applying tank to the lower liquid applying tank. Since this is a method of completely digesting the treated liquid in a high-pressure steamer, it is effective in eliminating wasted chemicals and pollution caused by waste liquid.

Further, impurities separated from the fabric tend to adhere to the surface of each guide roll 60 in the steamer can 1, but the guide rolls 6 are immersed in liquid tanks 10 and 12 separated from each other in the steamer can. Since the liquid-impregnated fabric is transferred in contact with the guide roll 6, the surface of each guide roll is constantly moistened. Therefore, the scale on the guide roll surface is removed by the contact force of the fabric, and the scale on each guide roll is kept moist. The roll surface is constantly cleaned and has the effect of preventing scale from adhering to it.
