方の面８ａに、前記固体電解質酸素センサを動作させる
ための電圧印加用の第１の電極９と第２の電極１０とを
設け、前記第１の電極は前記酸素イオン導電板の中央部
に設けるとともに、前記第２の電極は前記第１の電極の
周囲にこの第１の電極と離間させて設けてなることを特
