ピストンロッドを上下に駆動する手段と、タンク内の水
を注排出する注水口及び排水口とから成り、タンク注水
口から）ンク内に水を圧送してタンク内の空気圧を高め
ておき、この空気圧によって、タンク内の水が、針の上
開口を閉じたゴム板がピストンロッドを介して引き上げ
られたとき、各針から外部に一斉に分注流出することを
