圧着操作を確実にすると共に、圧着された端子に対する
絶縁パイプのかぶせ作業の容易さ及び抜は落ちを防止で
きて、圧着部の保護及び、圧着部からの短絡、塵埃の付
着に起因する外部放電、スパークなどの防止、安全性の
確保など、絶縁パイプとしての機能を十分に発揮し得る
ものであり乍ら、絶縁パイプを取り外さなくても外部か
ら圧着部を点検できるようにすることを目的とする。
