定方向に移動して上記各発熱抵抗体の通電により印字す
るサーマルヘッドにおいて、前記複数の発熱抵抗体の配
列長に相当する長さの第２の発熱抵抗体が前記複数の発
熱抵抗体に隣接して配列方向に平行に形成され、該第２
の発熱抵抗体は前記複数の発熱抵抗体の通電に先立って
感熱紙を発色させない程度に予熱することを特徴とする
