[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to the structure of a wall panel mounting part that connects the upper end to a beam to form the outer wall of a building, and its main purpose is to connect the beam and wall panel to the wall panel. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a structure for a wall panel mounting part that can be reliably connected without causing any displacement in the plane direction of the wall panel, and another purpose is to align the facing material of the wall panel and the beam cover that covers the outer surface of the beam flush. It is possible to provide a wall panel mounting structure.

Conventionally, a wall panel is connected to a beam 3 by fitting an auxiliary wood 2 fixed to the upper end surface of the wall panel 1 into a downwardly opening frame material 4 fixed to the lower end surface of the beam 3, as shown in FIG. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper end of the wall panel 1 is fitted into the recess 5 formed at the lower end of the beam 3, which has a square cross-section, and the wedge 6 is inserted between the side wall 7 of the recess 5 and the wall panel 1. However, in the former case, it is difficult to fit the auxiliary wood 2 and the frame material 4 accurately, and there is a gap between the wall panel 1 and the beam 3. Misalignment occurs in the front-rear direction, that is, in the planar direction of the wall panel 1, and not only is it impossible to provide sufficient structural strength to the joint between the two, but also the lauan wood commonly used as the auxiliary wood 2 cannot be easily nailed to the wall panel 1. In the latter case, it is possible to connect the two with sufficient structural strength by using auxiliary wood, but in the case of the former case, the three beams
There was a problem in that the outer surface of the beam cover 8 covering the wall panel 1 could not be flush with the facing material 9 of the wall panel 1.

The present invention was devised in view of the points stated in the following.
Detailed description will be given below based on the embodiment shown in the drawings. On the upper end surface of the wall panel 1, a first channel member 10 having a U-shaped cross section and opening upward with the front end left is attached to the upper crosspiece 11 with its bottom piece. It is fixedly attached along the longitudinal direction of the wall panel 1, and a crosspiece 1 whose front end surface is aligned with the front end surface of the upper crosspiece 11 is provided at the front end of the upper end surface.
8 locks the rear end to the side piece 12 of the first channel member 10 and connects the upper crosspiece 1
It is fixed at 1.

In other words, the crosspiece 18 is fixed with its front end surface aligned with the back surface of the facing material 9 of the wall panel 1.

Channel steel with a substantially C-shaped cross section is used as the beam 3, and a second channel member 14 with a U-shaped cross section that opens downward is provided on the lower end surface.
The bottom piece is fixed and attached along the longitudinal direction of the beam 3.

This second channel member 14 has a width smaller than that of the channel member 10, and its front side piece 15 is aligned with the front end of the lower end surface of the beam 3.

This second channel member 14 is connected to the rear side piece 1 as shown in FIG.
6 is fitted into the first channel member 10 by butting it against the side piece 13 at the rear of the first channel member 10, and between the side piece 12 at the front of the first channel member 10 and the side piece 15 at the front of the second channel member 14. A wedge 6 is driven into the gap formed from above, and the two are firmly connected without shifting back and forth.

Furthermore, since the beam 3 is housed at the rear of the wall panel 1 in this way, the beam cover 8 that covers the front surface of the beam 3 with its lower end fixed to the crosspiece 18 is flush with the panel 9 attached to the front surface of the wall panel 1. In other words, it can be arranged as follows.

Furthermore, in this invention, the beams and wall panels are connected by interlocking groove-shaped members, so they can always be positioned accurately without being affected by the warp inherent in wood, unlike when using wood. They are coupled, and the positioning is counterbalanced.
