本考案は船外機のチルトアップ時これを保持するチルト

ッパ部材Eをその一部がチルトロックピンAの先端面よ
り突出するようねじ止め又はピンを圧入すること等によ
り係止すると共に、該ストッパ部材Eのねじ又はピン等
の係止部材Fの挿通穴E′ を該係止部材Fの径より大
に形威し、且つ係止部材Fによる締付力をストッパ部材
EにピンAの軸と直交する方向の所定値の荷重がかかっ

ランジ部への集中荷重によってピンAが曲る等の事故は

よう貫挿され船外機側部材に係合して船外機のチルトア
ップ状態をロックするチルトロックピンにおいて、該チ
ルトロックピンの先端面に一部がチルトロックピンの先
端面より外方に突出するストッパ部材を、該ストッパ部
材に設けた大径の挿通孔と該挿通孔を貫通してチルトロ
ックピン先端面部に固着される上記挿通孔より小孔の係
止部材により、船外機側部材の係合荷重が該ストッパ部
材にかかった場合該チルトロックピン先端面を辷って移
動し得る締付力にてチルトロックピン先端面に接合させ
て取付けたことを特徴とする船外機のチルトロックピン
