Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上面に振動板を一体に設けた金属よりなるケースを備え
    、このケースの振動板の内面に圧電素子を結合し、かつ
    上記ケースの内部に下面でヒータを保持した隔離円板を
    配置し、この隔離円板より下部の上記ケース内に硬度が
    低く熱伝導率の高い樹脂を充填し、この樹脂の下面に硬
    度が高（、かつ数個の穴が設けられた固定板を設けた霜
    センサ。
