【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は紙材料より筒状で底付の気密容器を製造する
ことを目的とした底付紙容器の製造法に関するものであ
る。

壁を形成した後、その下部に底板を固着する方法又はテ
ープ状紙材料を円筒芯型の外壁へ螺旋状に巻きつけて重
なり部を貼り合せその下部に底板を固着する方法などが
知られてい。然し乍ら前記各方法は何れも容器の側壁と
底板とは各々独立して製造した後両者を嵌合固着するの
で、側壁と底板とは専ら貼着力によつて両者の関係を保
つていることになるのみならず、独立した二つの材料を
供給し、所定の位置で気密に固着する為に複雑な工程を
必要とするのみならず、強度上特別の配慮を要するなど
の諸問題点があつた。また襞寄せして底板と側壁とを一
体成形する技術(実公昭31−13077号)も知られ
ているが、斯る技術によつて筒状容器を形成すると、用
紙の周縁部における重なりが極めて大きくなり、容器の
底部と口部とでは側壁の厚さに著しい差異が生じる。
