を整流し平滑するように設けられたオペアンプ及びダイ
オード並びにコンデンサからなる温度検出回路と、この
温度検出回路のコンデンサの端子電圧を基準電圧と比較
しその比較結果に応じて前記スイッチング素子を制御す
る制御回路とを具備してなる温度制御装置。 ２ 温度検出回路は、検出電圧のピーク値を記憶するピ
ークホルト回路を構成していることを特徴とする実用新
