Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish accurate bonding and connection of plastic tubes by connecting them with an adhesive colored differently from the tube insertion part making the tube receiving part transparent. CONSTITUTION:A tube joint 1 made of a transparent hard vinyl chloride resin has tube receiving parts 11 and 11 at both open ends thereof. The insertion parts 21 and 21 of hard vinyl choride tubes 2 and 2 colored in gray, for instance, are tentatively inserted into the tube receiving parts of the tube joint without applying adhesive to determine the position and length of the tubes. Then, in the final tube installation, the tube insertion parts 21 and 21 of the tubes are inserted into the tube receiving parts of the tube joint and bonded together with an adhesive colored different by from vinyl tube. This gives a discrimination of the color of the adhesive from outside thereby making it clear whether the adhesive are applied or not.

うな場合、仮配管から本配管までに時間のずれがあると
ともに仮配管状態でも外観上は接続されているため接着
剤を塗布して本配管するのを忘れて通水時に始めて発見
されることがしばしばある。この発明は、前記欠点を解
消しようとしたものであつて、その要旨は、性愛口部に
管挿口部を接着剤を介して挿入接着するプラスチック管
の接続方法に於いて、性愛口部を透明とし、管接口部と
異なる色で着色された接着剤を用いることを特徴とする
プラスチック管の接続方法に存する。
