ることにより簡単な構成でありながら電波リークを減衰
することができる高周波加熱装置を提供しようとするも
のである。

周波数は2450MH2であり波長(λ)■約12.2
cmであるため、λ/4キ30mwLになつている。こ
のように形成された電波リーク減衰パイプ10にはヒー
タ6の取付部12が絶縁体13を介して挿入されている
。また、基板9には上記電波リーク減衰パイプ10を囲
繞する金属カバー14が突設されている。そして、この

て、この上下部には上記金属カバー14との間に介在さ
れるフェライトからなる電波吸収体16、16が取付け

第2図で示すようにオーブン壁3に外方へ突出する電波
リーク減衰パイプ10を設け、このパイプ10の長さを
表2に示すように変えて電波リークテストを行なつたと
ころ波長(λ)の×+30mmが最も減衰効果が高いこ
とが解つた。なお、表2に示す実験データは、電波リー
ク減衰パイプ10の長さのみを変えて電波リークテスト
を行なつたものであり、金属カバー14、碍子15、電
波吸収体16およびコネクタ18がない状態でテストし
たものである。
