本考案は地球儀の改良に関するものであって、支持体の
頂部に固定した弦部材に地球儀本体を回転自在に軸承す
ると共に上記の本体と同じ縮尺度の寸法目盛を印刷した
巻尺テープを引き出し自在に内蔵せる巻込式の巻尺装置
を上記の弦部材の極軸若しくは支持体と一体に設けたこ

も目盛尺を地球儀本体の表面より外し得ずこの為に同目
盛尺が地球儀の全体観察の邪魔となるに比してこのよう
な欠陥がなく、又この表面の如何なる方向にも当接可能
であるので前記の公知の形式のように測定方向が特定さ
れることがなく用法が自在であって極めて利便の効果が
