が着脱可能に装着されるとともに、このケースの一端開
口部にシール部を介してカバーが着脱可能に取付けられ

いて、前記ケースの開口端部に前記フィルタ部の外周面
近傍まで延出させた延出部を設けるとともに、この延出
部と前記カバーとが重なる重合部に前記シール部を設け
