枠が一体形成されると共に、同一軸線上に位置する一対
のコ字状耳粋のうち一方のコ字状耳枠は上向きに、他方
は下向きにそれぞれ折曲形成されてなる金具本体の、一
方のコ字状耳粋に締結腕杆を、他方のコ字状耳粋に締結
ボルトをそれぞれ枢着し、而も平板部を挾んで同一軸線
上に位置するそれぞれ一対のコ字状耳片は被締結材が面
接触するように略同一平面上に設けられてなる足場鋼管
