Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the air conditioner display a favorable cooling power by a method wherein a fan motor is operated by a switch capable of detecting the maximum cooling time. CONSTITUTION:The switch 9 capable of detecting the maximum cooling time of the air conditioner is provided in parallel relationship with a switch 7 for detecting the pressure of a condenser. The switch 9 is provided at a proper place, for example, at a position at which it is operated by a lever at the maximum cooling time of the control device or at a position at which it can detect the full cooling position of an air mixing door of a temperature control mechanism so as to detect simply whether or not the air conditioner is requested to generate its maximum cooling power. Thus, by providing the maximum cooling time detecting switch 9 in parallel relationship with the pressure detecting switch 7 for the condenser, a relay 8 is kept ON to cool the condenser even when any of switches of the fan motor 6 for cooling the condenser operates.

出器7により、一定圧力以上では圧力検出器7の接点が
閉じ、ファンモータリレー8が作動する構成になってい
る。従って、凝縮器の圧力が一定以上の場合には冷却用
ファンモータが作動し有効に空調装置の冷房能力が発揮
されるようになっている。
