Claims (1)
源端子と、前記直流モータの他端に第２抵抗を介して接

源端子に接続されコレクタ電極を前記第１トラン−ジス
タコレフダミ極に接続し、前記第２抵抗の両端電位をベ
ース入力とする第２トランジスタとを備えたモータ電流
